For over 25 years the Rotary Run For Life race has travelled through the town of Stony Plain in support of the Coordinated Suicide Prevention Program.
The race raises funds to support vital mental health services to those who have contemplated suicide, or experiences loss to suicide.
This program has various support groups and events in Stony Plain and the surrounding area to raise awareness of mental health issues and to let people know that they are not alone.
Help is out there.
