City of Spruce Grove: Alberta Day

Help us celebrate Alberta's birthday! Our great province turns 119 years old on September 1, 2024 and we're throwing a birthday bash at Jubilee Park to celebrate!

This family-friendly event features a special performance by our Canadian Forces SkyHawks military parachute team (subject to weather conditions)! Come enjoy this high-flying experience as well as musical entertainment from Martina Dawn, on-site games and activities, food trucks and more!

• Free Park & Ride shuttle service is available from the Fuhr Sports Park Parking Lot (9 Tri Leisure Way, #200) from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m.
• Free Park & Walk lot is available at Greystone School (130 Greystone Drive) all day. 
• Parking at Jubilee Park is limited. Please consider using the Park & Ride service, Park & Walk lot, walking, biking, or taking an e-scooter. Accessible parking is available on site at Jubilee Park in the south parking lot.

Schedule of Events (subject to change based on weather conditions):

1:30 p.m.: Park & Ride shuttle service begins
2:00 p.m.: Opening ceremonies & activities begin
2:30 p.m.: Canadian Forces SkyHawks performance
4:00 p.m.: Martina Dawn performance
5:00 p.m.: Closing remarks & activities end
5:30 p.m.: Park & Ride shuttle service ends
