Spruce Grove, AB
On April 6, 2024 at approximately 4:00pm citizens in Spruce Grove called the Parkland RCMP to report a male suspect trying to break into mailboxes. Parkland RCMP located and stopped a suspicious vehicle leaving the neighborhood. One male occupant matched the description of the male suspect. He was arrested without incident and charges are pending. Subsequent to the investigation, a female occupant in the vehicle was arrested on outstanding warrants issued by the Edmonton Police Service. In addition, the Parkland RCMP located a small quantity of suspected fentanyl in the vehicle.
The Parkland RCMP would like thank the Spruce Grove residents for reporting this crime, leading to these two arrests and for taking some illicit drugs out of our community!
