Parkland RCMP seeking assistance with identifying bank robbery suspect

Spruce Grove, AB

On July 17, 2024, at approximately 11:34 a.m., Parkland RCMP responded to a robbery at the CIBC bank, located at 100 McLeod Ave in Spruce Grove.  The male suspect entered the bank advising that he had a weapon, however, no weapon was produced.  The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash. Parkland RCMP are requesting assistance from the public with identifying this robbery suspect. Police advise do not to approach the suspect. 

The male suspect is described as:

• Fair complexion
• Approximately 5 fet 6 inches tall
• Approximately 24-years-old
• Short hair
• Wearing a dark colored ballcap, black long sleeve shirt, grey and white striped loose pants and dark colored shoes
• Carrying a dark colored back pack
• He had on a cloth, purple medical mask with a pink tongue design
