During Farmers' Days 2025, all midway rides will undergo a full inspection completed by Alberta Elevating Devices and Amusement Rides Safety Association (AEDARSA) before any rides take place. This precautionary measure will help ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience at Farmers’ Days. In September 2023, Council presented at the Alberta Municipalities Convention an Emergent Resolution requesting the Government of Alberta to conduct a review of the codes and standards that govern amusement rides to ensure members of the public can enjoy the safe operation of these experiences. The resolution was approved and is currently under review by the Government of Alberta and AEDARSA.
The Kinsmen Saloon includes live entertainment each night. Individuals must be at least 18 years old for access to the saloon. There is a $5 cover charge after 7 pm on Friday and 5 pm on Saturday.
