The Family Fun Sport Zone is a FREE drop in program one Saturday a month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Families are welcome to attend and explore all things related to sports!
Children and youth of all ages will have the opportunity to try out a variety of sports and work on their skills throughout the sessions with their families and friends. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate and have fun!
Sports Zone can be a great way to show children and youth how much fun taking part in sports can be along with improve health and fitness! We will have coffee and tea to keep you cozy, so come on down for some games or a visit.
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible supervisor 14 years or older.
