Leduc RCMP on scene of serious motor vehicle collision – Update #2

 

Leduc County, Alta. – On June 14, 2024 at approximately 7:40 p.m., Leduc RCMP received a report of a two-vehicle collision involving a Toyota Corolla and a Nissan Rogue on Township Road 494 (Highway 623), near Range Road 232 in Leduc County.

 

Upon arrival at the scene, police learned the male driver of the Nissan Rogue fled the area on foot. A white crew cab pickup truck was observed in the area following the collision and Leduc RCMP would like to speak with the driver of the truck about the incident.

 

Leduc RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of the RCMP Forensic Identification Section and the RCMP Reconstructionist.

 

Motorists who were in the area are between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on June 14, 2024, are being asked to check their dash cam footage.
