Although Leduc RCMP’s investigation into the collision is ongoing with the assistance of the RCMP Collision Reconstructionist, preliminary findings suggest that the motorcycle was driving at a high rate of speed on QE II Highway north bound when they exited the 41 Avenue off ramp, lost control and struck the guard rail.
